WVU Armed Forces Tribute in honor of the 10th Anniversary of September 11, 2001
“No celebration of our freedom can be complete without a tribute to the brave men and women who have sacrificed so much to preserve and protect our country. The WVU Band presents our ‘Armed Forces Salute,’ which features a medley of the songs from all branches of our great military.”
Pregame Show including the Boogie Cadence, the 220, Fight Mountaineers/Mountain Dew, and Simple Gifts
The vantage point unfortunately does not allow for the full impact of the music and drill (pay no attention to the ESPN guys jockeying for a better view), and there is a little sound distortion but that’s YouTube. It’s the show I remember and love, and can play every snare riff of it in my sleep. Best viewed with sound cranked.
